This hotel needs to make A LOT of improvements: hot water; showers that drain; a/c, safe, and phone (to call the desk) that work; menu items that are ACTUALLY available; full service breakfast during posted hours; honest info about room check-in (even after check-in time); functional and clean pool chairs. In general, more efficient response time - 5 minutes repeatedly turning into 45 minutes for even the simplest things is disruptive and frustrating.

initial response was positive for checkin. however, first meal order and organization of management was disconnected. 2nd day was so much better and our events (spa, archery, meals, drinks) were excellent and organization much better. Sumit (food service) corrected all mistakes from first night with extra options and careful service.

Shr schönes Hotel mit einen riesigen Garten und einen grossen und sehr schönenn swimmingpool. Überall waren Liegeestühle und Handtücher bereitgestell gewesen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder hier Aufenthalt machen

This is my second time stay here, last time it was bad - this time it was worst. I booked it because there was no other hotel that was available in that area. In the night it rained heavily and water was splashing inside the room from through the window. The curtains were broken. The staff were nice but this is hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The staff though nice, did not know clean practices, they were using no gloves when then were preparing food for breakfast in the buffet area. Please do something to Feedback the hotel or rate them as 1 star hotel.

Room was aged and super old , walls with moisture patches and water leaks all over, AC disposing water in the room fixtures super old no sign of repair and maintenance or renovation by the property owners nor they are interested as busy minting money by charging exorbitantly high and not serving even half of it. Food sucks , staff is slightly cordial and supportive but management is not at all aligned to be in hospitality or service industry .

We arranged an office outing, Event management and adventure games were truly outstanding. A special mention goes to Lenin, the Event Coordinator, who delivered exceptional performance and did an excellent job. Lunch is ok Overall good
